he Quick Ray® Master UATM-272 B is a newly developed tissue microarrayer, which can be easily controlled via the USB port of a computer. The Unitma software runs under Windows 7. The software and the device are extremely easy to use.

In contrast to the Quick Ray® Master A, the Quick Ray® Master B does not have an automatic rotary die-cutting module. The selected punch and the ready-made receiving blocks are inserted manually by the user. The following attachments are included with the device:
1 mm for up to 120 tissue punches (receiving block matrix: 10 x 12)
1.5 mm for up to 90 tissue punches (receiving block matrix: 9 x 10)
2 mm for up to 60 tissue punches (receiving block matrix: 6 x 10)
3 mm for up to 30 tissue punches (receiving block matrix: 5 x 6)

The Quick Ray® Master B helps the user to minimize the time and labor required to fabricate TMA blocks by using Unitma's ready-made recording blocks.
