The paraffin block trimmer UPBT-1011 automatically removes the paraffin adhering to the side of the cassette during pouring without damaging the sample or the cassette. To do this, the cassette is placed on the loading station after it has been poured, transported into the device, cleaned of excess paraffin and ejected again.

By automating this process, the user is spared the time of manual paraffin scraping and damage.
